Trixie + Peanut Pet Emporium
Please visit our flagship boutique located in New York City at 23 East 20th Street, between Broadway and Park Avenue South. Our Store Hours are Tuesday through Saturday 11am – 8pm and Sunday 12noon – 5pm. We are closed on Mondays. We are currently out of our most recent catalog, however our website is continually updated with new products, so please be sure to visit us often. To be added to our mailing list for future updates and mailings, please e-mail us with your name, email address and full street address. Return & Exchange Policy
If any Trixie & Peanut website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.
Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we allow one complimentary exchange per order*. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping + handling fee of $12 per item. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom, special occasion + formal wear and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $12.
